School Hours

DeWitt High School's regular bell schedule begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:15 p.m. Monday through Friday according to the school calendar. DHS is a closed campus which requires that students remain at school until dismissed in the afternoon.

Enrollment

For the 2008-09 school year, there are approximately 380 students enrolled in 9th through 12th grades.

Visitors

Parents and other interested patrons are always welcome to the DHS campus. All visitors must enter the building through the front office and sign in.

School Spirit

The DeWitt High School mascot is the Dragon and the official school colors are blue and gold.

Campus Programs

Advanced Placement, Concurrent Credit, and Distance Learning programs are offered.

Parent Involvement

PTA, Booster Club, and Band Parents are organized groups in which parents can get involved.
