DeWitt School District Teacher Mentor Program
First year teachers are supported with the guidance of an experienced DeWitt School Districtor mentor. During this year, guidance is offered to the new teacher on lesson plans, classroom management, district policies, and more by an established teacher. In addition to one-on-one assistance, the new teacher receives mentor monies to be used for purchases for the classroom.

Arkansas Teacher Retirement Savings
Certified teachers have the opportunity to commit a portion of their earnings to retirement funds established through the Arkansas Teacher Retirement program.
