Band Parents Association

The DeWitt Band Parents Association is a very active organization of members who have one or more students in the DeWitt Band Program. The group strives to promote the band program, the band directors, and the DeWitt School District. Each year the Band Parents Association purchases each senior a letterman jacket or blanket. The DeWitt Band Parents Assocation also rewards all the band members by supporting each of them in many different ways.

Meetings

The DeWitt Band Parents Association meets at the DHS band room on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm. Please check the district calendar for our upcoming meetings. We look forward to meeting and working with all the parents of band students.

Membership

If you have a child in the band program, you are considered a Band Parent and a member of DeWitt Band Parents Association. Everyone with a band student is welcome to attend the meetings! We also look forward to visiting with former Band Parents; the by-laws were changed several years ago, and you are more than welcome to come back and support the band!
